Laurent-Perrier and Eatrenalin, the groundbreaking multi-sensory restaurant, are collaborating to bring you the “Champagne Dinner”. Discover an exceptional menu paired with Laurent-Perrier champagnes in this unique venue.

Located in the Europa-Park Resort, Germany, Eatrenalin is a media-based immersive restaurant experience that uses the innovative ‘Floating Chair’ to transport diners through different worlds. The chairs consist of a leather armchair and two small tables and seemingly float above the ground. Seated, guests travel – without ever getting up! – through eleven themed rooms to enjoy a one-of-a- kind sensory experience combining gustatory, olfactory, physical and audio-visual elements.

The cuisine offered by Juliana Clementz and Ties van Oosten combines modern and international influences, in keeping with the atmosphere of each of the different worlds. The “Champagne Dinner”, orchestrated by sommelier Vincenzo De Biase, a Top50 sommelier, offers you the opportunity to discover the emblematic Cuvées of the House of Laurent-Perrier during an exceptional 8-course dinner. An experience dedicated to epicureans and champagne lovers, of which Laurent-Perrier reveals a few highlights.

The Lounge

Start the Eatrenalin experience with an aperitif paired with Laurent-Perrier “La Cuvée” or Cuvée Rosé. Every 30 minutes, a new group of diners is called up to take their seat on the ‘Floating Chairs’. The tasting experience will be full of indulgence and surprises.

The Ocean Room

The Ocean Room invites guests to travel to the depths of the ocean while savouring marine-inspired delicacies paired with Laurent-Perrier Brut Millésimé. The pinnacle of this adventure? A sunset over the sea.

The Umami Room

Comfortably seated at the sushi master’s counter, the Umami room offers a Japanese interlude. Stroll through lush green rice paddies and discover Alexandra Rosé Millésimé.

The Bar

The Bar offers an exceptional setting to conclude the Eatrenalin experience by enjoying the iconic champagnes from the House of Laurent-Perrier, such as Cuvée Rosé or Grand Siècle Iteration N°26.

The Ammolite – The Lighthouse Restaurant located within the Europa-Park Resort has been awarded two Michelin stars. Europa-Park was the first theme park in the world awarded with Michelin stars.
