Laurent-Perrier reveals its 31st vintage
in the House’s iconic crest bottle.

The year 2015 is characterised by extreme climatic events: a mild, rainy winter giving way to contrasting weather conditions in spring with an icy period followed by extreme heat and summer storms. Cool, dry weather in September allowed for perfect ripening of the grapes.

After a long ageing period of more than 8 years in the cellar, Laurent-Perrier reveals its 31st vintage in the House’s iconic crest bottle, that of Cuvée Rosé and Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature. This wine, made from the finest Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims, has blossomed harmoniously in this generously curved bottle.

Its white gold colour with a fine and persistent sparkle opens on the nose with notes of beeswax, candied lemon, honeysuckle and hawthorn, followed by aromas of toast and orange offering great aromatic complexity. On the palate, a lively attack gives way to a creamy and elegant palate with notes of candied lemon and honeysuckle.

Best served between 9°C et 11°C, Laurent-Perrier Brut Millésimé 2015 pairs well with seafood and fine fish such as scallop carpaccio with citrus fruits, sea bass with herb crust or roast chicken with citrus fruits and gingerbread.
