For the Cannes film festival, Mauro Colagreco and Albane Cleret are offering an exclusive venue on the ‘Terrasse by Albane’ to treat international cinema in partnership with Laurent-Perrier.

During the Cannes Film Festival, from 15 to 24 May 2024, Albane Cleret and Mauro Colagreco will be setting up their pop-up restaurant on La Terrasse by Albane, located on the rooftops of the Croisette, to offer professionals from the world of cinema a place to meet and interact while savouring a Mediterranean cuisine full of finesse and emotion.

The result of an instinctive meeting between these two flamboyant personalities of the French Riviera, this ephemeral address will deliver the quintessence of their exceptional know-how. On one side: Albane’s legendary terrace, showcase for her Parisian events and public relations agency, which has been thrilling the festival for over 20 years; on the other: the talent of Mauro Colagreco, chef/owner of Mirazur – a three-starred restaurant also recognised as the best restaurant in the world in 2019.

Their entrepreneurial spirit, matched only by their passion for the seventh art, was enough to give birth to this place. The chef who is United Nations goodwill ambassador for biodiversity will be serving up sweet seasonal and committed cuisine, faithful to his circular gastronomy and guided by raw materials sourced mostly from small producers in the surrounding area or from the 5 hectares of biodynamic and permaculture gardens at Mirazur***. In this magical setting, where Albane’s talents come to the fore and promise guests magical moments, the chef, a fervent defender of the planet and its ecosystems, will be offering the happy few a varied lunch menu, with a strong emphasis on plants and the treasures of the deep blue sea, not forgetting a few well-behaved meats.

The restaurant, conceived jointly by Albane Cleret, Mauro Colagreco and their teams, all styled by Gabriela Cortese and her ethical brand Antik Batik, will feature local artists and craftsmen in a table setting that sublimates the excellence of the handmade and the traditions of the Côte d’Azur. Agnes Sandahl will be creating unique and original hand-made ceramic tableware for the event in her Vallauris workshops.
