On the occasion of the launch of its 2026 wine guide, Bettane & Desseauve awarded 5 stars to Laurent-Perrier House. Grand Siècle Iteration N°26, the house’s Prestige Cuvée, received the ultimate score of 100/100.
“While the iconic Michel Fauconnet continues to oversee the house style at Tours-sur-Marne, the appointment of the experienced Olivier Vigneron as Cellar Master has given a new impetus to Laurent-Perrier champagnes. Since then, from the splendid non-vintage Brut, La Cuvée, to the Prestige Cuvée, Grand Siècle, the finest Chardonnays from both the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims are showcased, with a style that is straight, mineral, and profound – which has become the signature of the house. The Grand Siècle iterations now carry a serial number, allowing discerning enthusiasts to distinguish them clearly. The entire range presented this year was simply dazzling in its balance, precision, and elegance.”
