Enjoy this year’s Grand Siècle Menus with FT Weekend
& Champagne Laurent-Perrier.
Every week throughout the year, FT Weekend delivers
word-class writing on food and drink, highlighting
fine wines, exciting recipes and intriguing dining
experiences. This autumn, we’ve teamed up with an
exquisite pairing of seven of Britain’s most highly
regarded restaurants to bring you exclusive FT Weekend
and Grand Siècle Menus by Laurent-Perrier. Each
restaurant has created a bespoke menu, including a
glass of Laurent-Perrier Grand Siècle Iteration N°26.
Founded in 1812, the family-owned House of
Laurent-Perrier has been defined by its pioneering
role in innovating champagne throughout its history,
challenging conventional techniques, whilst honouring
traditional values: a respect for nature and the
terroir above all, a passion for quality, and strong,
lasting relationships. The House’s long-term policy in
grape growing and wine elaboration is based on
sustainable methods.
Bacchanalia
Offering an immersive Greco-Roman experience, revelry
and exceptional cuisine, Bacchanalia is an
unforgettable dining destination. The beautifully
curated menu revives traditional banquets with
exquisite ingredients and vintages.
The Foyer & Reading Room at Claridge’s

The Restaurant at Gidleigh Park is set on magical

Bossa

The Monarch Theatre at Park Row
