Gault & Millau grant for young talent

Laurent-Perrier is the exclusive champagne partner of the dotation Gault & Millau grant pour les jeunes talents for young talent and supports the launch of young chefs’ restaurants. The three laureates of this edition are Richard Maizel – restaurant Kémia, Mory Sacko – restaurant MoSuke and Maximilien Kuzniar – restaurant Mano.
